LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) Open Farm Sunday is the farming industry’s annual open day. It’s a great opportunity for farmers to welcome the public onto their farm to discover real farming at first hand.

Entry is free, but you need to register for a ticket via the link below. Some activities such as our Tractor and Trailer rides will be charged.

Come and see a variety of different animals on the farm some of whom play an important role within our edible woodland and arable fields such as our Shropshire sheep and Long Horn cattle.

Our walkable nature trail will be open and you will be able to see our variety of fruit and nut trees surrounded by our very own living lawn mowers.

In our animal discovery zone we will be showcasing some of our smaller 4 and 2 legged friends including our new Kune Kune pigs, various chicken breeds, guinea pigs and Hershel, our giant tortoise!

In the barn area we will have sheep shearing demonstrations live and on site a host of different farm machinery will be available to look at.

On the day, browse our local trade stalls who will be offering a variety of quality goods.

The farms labyrinth area will host some live music and the on site cycle friendly coffee shop, Caffe Velo Verde will be providing all the refreshments you need to enjoy this perfect family day out.

Our famous tractor and trailer rides will also be running throughout the day- these will be chargeable at £5 per seat.
